Our Munnar Journey Experience
We were planning to go to Munnar for the past few months, but it happens in April. Yaa, we did it….I will be sharing a few unforgettable memories that happened in Munnar and to be frank, actually, we visited some places only, that we don’t have much time to visit at all the places. We have planned the trip for three days and two nights. But we reached Munnar the first day in the evening. So we don't have much time. Yaa, we have so much place to cover in Munnar. So if you are planning for the Munnar trip means at least you have to spend full-fledged three to four days.
Okay, now I am going to share about the Munnar trip that we have visited in a span of time. Yaa, we have reached Munnar and already we have booked hotel rooms on the online site one day before our journey. The next day we reached Munnar and we went to our booking hotel there they didn't even respond well and they told us that you didn't even book the room in this hotel. I and My husband got shocked and we leave that place and searched for other hotel rooms. It was a peak season and the end of the week so a bit of rushing in Munnar. Then at last we got a room in Munnar to stay in.
In Munnar, totally three directions, one is the Mattupetty direction second one is Cochin's direction and the last one is the Coimbatore direction.
Places which we covered in Munnar are

Eravikulam National Park
It’s a must-visit place in Munnar, which cost you around 200 for the hill trek, which has been done by the forest department. They will take you on their buses to the National park. If you are lucky you can spot Nilgiri Thar while walking uphill.

You have to wait in a long queue to get on the bus which is very disappointing. After reaching the hill you will enjoy the landscape and the cool climate.
Just at least once in your lifetime, you have to visit Munnar. Try to visit Munnar on weekdays since weekend days will be crowded.
Thanks!
